On June 30, 2024, Faheem Moini was ordained as Pastor with Four Square Church.
This momentous occasion was witnessed by the Riverside Community Church congregation, lead by Pastor Terry Janzen & Pastor Derrick Sanderson. Faheem's family, including his beloved mother, were there with him on the stage to celebrate with their full support.
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up. Ephesians 4:11-12
Philosophy of Ministry from Pastor Faheem
Wonderful Counselor Ministries was started in 2016 by Pastor Faheem Moini to save lost souls as commanded by Jesus

The main vision of our ministry is to support new immigrants and persecuted refugees to find security and freedom in Christ. We advocate for them and support their needs to enable them to trust the Lord in their daily life. We also evangelize and disciple Middle Eastern people who are Muslim and/or have a Muslim background. Almost all of the people that we connect with have faced some type of persecution.

Our ministry takes on a variety of forms including in-person mentorship, online programming and discipleship, radio broadcasting, overseas missionary work and international refugee advocacy. Scroll below to learn more about how we reach Muslims for Christ.

Online Programming & Discipleship
Our ministry is very adept at using technology to reach people in closed countries. There are many Christians in Turkey and Iran that have come to faith through the use of social media.
Our online platforms have been a reliable tool to share the message of the gospel with people and to provide them with the resources they need to flourish in their new faith. A few of those believers are now working to serve our ministry. Praise God!
Missonary Work
During his first missions trip to Istanbul, Turkey, Faheem spoke with local Christian leaders to see how he could support any existing ministries that were working with Farsi speaking believers/refugees. After realizing the large need for spiritual mentorship and legal advocacy in these communities, Faheem began the Turkey Refugee Project, an annual outreach missions trip to Turkey. In fact, 2022 will mark the 10th annual discipleship conference for new believers hosted by Pastor Faheem in Yalova,Turkey.
Pastor Faheem most recently was in Israel connecting with Farsi speaking Persian-Israelis. He learned this was a population which there is a huge unmet need to share the gospel. He was offered a position to do so, however, that was put on hold due to the conflict.

Refugee Advocacy
During some of his mission trips, Faheem has had the opportunity to advocate for refugees at the UN headquarters in Ankara, Turkey. To be able to conduct advocacy work for persecuted believers at The United Nations is one of the most amazing blessings that God has provided for our ministry and our community. On a monthly basis we continue to write letters to the UN advocating for persecuted Christians in the East.

Our greatest ambition is to follow Jesus and the directions given to his disciples in the Great Commission:
All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you" (Matthew 28:18-20)
It always brings us so much joy to see new believers from all walks of life make the decision to get baptized to show the world just how much God is working in their hearts and in their lives.
